Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11:00 a.m. CT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. See Estimated Delivery Day for additional information on calculating your package arrival. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order (see below for details).

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:

  • Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. will not be held liable or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
  • If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of or Shipping Method, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, will not  be held liable or refund the shipping charges.

Return Policy is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date for jewelry and within 15 days from the purchase date for others.


-Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories, as applicable, or up to $50 may be deducted from the refund/exchange for replacement cost of certificates and accessories.

-All Watches are final sales and no returns.


  • Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special orders, last minute buys and sale out specials.
  • Other forms of payment besides credit card or Paypal refunds over $200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.
  • Charge credits cards are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
  • Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
  • All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current prices, minus any current promotional discount.
